The invention discloses a repairing structure for deformation joint leakage treatment and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, grouting holes are drilled in wall bodies on the two sides of a deformation joint, and one ends of the grouting holes communicate with the deformation joint; s2, grooving is conducted on the inner side face of the wall body along the deformation joint so as to enlarge the width of the deformation joint, and the deformation joint with the enlarged width is filled with a leaking stoppage material; s3, crack grouting liquid is injected into the deformation joint through the grouting holes; s4, plugging the grouting holes by using a plugging material; and S5, preparing an internal waterproof layer on the inner base surface of the wall body. The problem of leakage is solved by reinforcing and repairing deep cracks of concrete, water repellency of the upstream face and sealing of the downstream face are achieved at the same time, double guarantee is achieved, a four-in-one construction method of outer-layer water resistance, middle-layer leakage channel blocking, inner-layer sealing and reinforcing and surface-layer moisture-proof and anti-condensation is adopted, medicine is applied according to indications, and both the root causes and the symptoms are treated; and the problem of leakage of a brick wall body of a structure in an operation period can be stably solved for a long time.
