The invention discloses a method for prefabricating, assembling and positioning a spherical cap of a ball belt, which comprises the following steps of: selecting two upper tool reference points of the ball belt with a connecting line passing through a central reference point of a dome assembling site at an upper opening of the dome ball belt, and arranging two dome site peripheral common reference points at the periphery of the dome ball belt as check points; a ball belt supporting base of the dome outer ring and a spherical crown supporting base of the dome inner ring are manufactured; setting up a ball belt plate mounting support column, and setting an adjustable back shore for adjusting the radius of the dome plate; hoisting a ball belt plate; checking an upper opening of the ball belt plate, calculating radius deviation, and adjusting the position of the ball belt plate; carrying out ball belt plate welding to form a dome ball belt; measuring the coordinate positions of the tool datum points on the two ball belts; hoisting the spherical crown plate; a total station is erected on the tool datum point on the ball belt, and the coordinate position of the common datum point on the periphery of the dome site is checked; checking and measuring the upper opening of the spherical crown plate to obtain radius deviation; and welding to form the spherical crown. Measurement and positioning work can be conveniently carried out, the measurement precision can be guaranteed, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
