The invention provides a granite saw mud-based cementing material and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of stone processing waste recycling. The raw materials of the granite sawing mud-based cementing material comprise granite sawing mud and a composite modified material, the composite modified material is composed of cement, lime and fly ash in a mass ratio of (50-70): (15-25): (15-25), and the addition amount of the composite modified material is 6%-9% of the dry mass of the granite sawing mud. According to the invention, granite saw mud is taken as a main raw material, resource utilization of solid waste is realized, through modification of a composite modified material, through hydration of cement, separation and consolidation of lime, and volcanic ash reaction during mixing of cement, lime and fly ash, after a series of physical and chemical reactions, the solid waste can be recycled. The prepared granite saw mud-based cementing material can meet the related technical requirements of filling materials of road subgrades.
本发明提出了一种花岗岩锯泥基胶凝材料及其应用,属于石材加工废料资源化技术领域。本发明的花岗岩锯泥基胶凝材料原料包括花岗岩锯泥和复合改性材料,所述复合改性材料由质量比为(50‑70)∶(15‑25)∶(15‑25)的水泥、石灰和粉煤灰组成,所述复合改性材料的添加量为花岗岩锯泥干质量的6%‑9%。本发明以花岗岩锯泥为主要原料,实现了固废的资源化利用,并且通过复合改性材料改性,可以通过水泥的水化作用、石灰的分离固结作用,再由水泥、石灰、粉煤灰混合时的火山灰反应,经过这一系列的物理及化学反应后,使制备的花岗岩锯泥基胶凝材料能够达到道路路基的填筑材料的相关技术要求。
