Novel degradable drain board and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses a novel degradable drain board and a preparation process thereof. The novel degradable drain board comprises polylactic acid (PLA), poly (adipic acid)/butylene terephthalate (PBAT) and other components. An existing plastic drainage plate core plate is mainly prepared from high molecular polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) which are petroleum-based materials, have the advantages of being high in carbon emission, difficult to degrade and unfriendly to the environment in the production and use process, meanwhile, drainage can be continuously conducted after the construction period, and post-construction settlement of foundation soil is accelerated. Therefore, a novel degradable drain board needs to be developed. According to the invention, degradable high polymer materials, namely polylactic acid (PLA) and poly (butylene adipate/terephthalate) (PBAT), are used for preparing the drainage plate. The novel drain board formula is provided, the preparation process is simple, and the prepared novel drain board has excellent drainage performance and mechanical performance, meets the standard requirements, can be completely degraded and is harmless to the environment.
本发明公开了一种新型可降解的排水板及其制备工艺,包括聚乳酸(PLA)、聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)等组分。现有塑料排水板芯板主要以高分子聚乙烯(PE)和聚丙烯(PP)为原料进行制备,这两者为石油基材料,在生产和使用过程中具有高碳排放、难降解的特点,对环境不友好,同时还可能在工期结束后持续排水,加速地基土的工后沉降。因此,需要研制新型可降解的排水板。本发明中使用可降解的高分子材料聚乳酸(PLA)和聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)制备排水板。本发明提出了一种新的排水板配方,制备工艺简单,制备得到的新型排水板具有优异的排水性能和力学性能,满足规范要求,可完全降解,对环境无危害。
