The invention discloses a drain board and a manufacturing process thereof, and relates to the technical field of drain boards, the drain board comprises grids, an upper geotechnical cloth layer and a lower geotechnical cloth layer; the grid comprises a plurality of first ribs and a plurality of second ribs which are located in the same plane, the adjacent first ribs are parallel to each other, the adjacent second ribs are parallel to each other, and the first ribs and the second ribs intersect with each other to form a net-shaped structure. A hook-shaped supporting piece is arranged on the upper side face of the intersection point of the first rib and the second rib. A protruding part is arranged on the lower side face of the intersection point of the first rib and the second rib. The upper-layer geotechnical cloth is laid above the grid and is in thermoplastic connection with the upper side surface of the bending part; and the lower-layer geotechnical cloth is laid below the grids and is in thermoplastic connection with the convex parts. Under the condition that the weight of raw materials is not increased, the floor height of an existing three-dimensional drainage network is achieved, and meanwhile the number of squares of produced products is increased.
