The invention discloses an aluminum-rich steel slag cement material, a preparation method and a hydration reaction optimization method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that a phosphate solution and a water reducing agent solution are prepared and mixed to obtain a phosphate exciting agent composite solution, then the phosphate exciting agent composite solution and aluminum-rich steel slag powder are mixed and stirred to be uniform, and steel slag cement slurry is obtained; and after curing, the high-strength aluminum-rich steel slag cement material is obtained. According to the method, phosphate is used as an exciting agent for reaction, common water is used as a reaction medium, and a steel slag cement matrix is regulated to form aluminum hydroxide gel and layered double hydroxide, so that the hydration reaction of the aluminum-rich steel slag is regulated and optimized; the mechanical property and durability of the obtained aluminum-rich steel slag cement material are greatly improved. The method disclosed by the invention has a good application prospect in efficient utilization of steel slag solid wastes and production of green cement.
本发明公开了一种富铝钢渣水泥材料、制备方法及其水化反应优化方法,分别配置磷酸盐溶液和减水剂溶液,混合后得到磷酸盐激发剂复合溶液,之后将磷酸盐激发剂复合溶液与富铝钢渣粉混合,搅拌均匀后得到钢渣水泥浆料;筑成型,养护后得到高强度的富铝钢渣水泥材料。本发明以磷酸盐作为反应的激发剂,普通水作为反应介质,调控钢渣水泥基体形成氢氧化铝凝胶和层状双氢氧化物,从而调整和优化富铝钢渣水化反应;得到的富铝钢渣水泥材料的力学性能和耐久性能有巨大提升。本发明在钢渣固体废弃物的高效利用与绿色水泥的生产上的具有良好的应用前景。
