The invention discloses a resource utilization method and system for bulk industrial solid waste red mud, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing red mud and sulfuric-acid slag in a mixer, carrying out chemical reaction on the red mud and the sulfuric-acid slag to obtain a material, carrying out filter pressing on the material by a filter press, and carrying out centrifugal dewatering to obtain a mixture I; drying the mixture I in a microwave drying oven to obtain a mixture II, and dealkalizing the mixture II in a microwave rotary muffle furnace to obtain a mixture III; uniformly mixing the mixture III with ore, and sintering in an electromagnetic induction heating rotary furnace to obtain a mixture IV; grinding the mixture IV into particles on a ball mill to obtain a gel material I; the gel material I and cement are mixed and stirred uniformly to obtain a gel material II, and the gel material II can be used as a building material after being tested to be qualified. Resource utilization of a large amount of industrial solid waste red mud can be achieved with low energy consumption, standardization of the process and products is achieved, and the technical problem that at present, resource utilization of the red mud lacks an economical and reasonable disposal and utilization approach is solved.
本发明公开了一种大宗工业固废赤泥资源化利用方法及系统,赤泥和硫酸渣在混合机中混合均匀,二者发生化学反应后得到的物料经压滤机压滤后离心脱水得到混合料Ⅰ;混合料Ⅰ经微波干燥箱干燥后混合料Ⅱ,混合料Ⅱ经微波回转马弗炉中脱碱后得到混合料Ⅲ;将混合料Ⅲ与矿石按混合均匀后置于电磁感应加热的回转炉中进行烧结得到混合料Ⅳ;将混合料Ⅳ在球磨机上研磨成颗粒后得到凝胶材料Ⅰ;将凝胶材料Ⅰ与水泥混合搅拌均匀后得到凝胶材料Ⅱ,经测试合格后可用作建筑材料。能够以低能耗实现大宗工业固废赤泥的资源化利用,实现工艺和产品标准化,克服了目前针对赤泥的资源化利用存在缺乏经济合理的处置利用途径的技术问题。
