The invention relates to magnesium aluminate spinel and corundum powder based on low-temperature synthesis and a preparation method of the magnesium aluminate spinel and corundum powder. According to the technical scheme, magnesium citrate and magnesium sulfate heptahydrate are used as magnesium sources, tabular corundum micro powder is used as an aluminum oxide source, and magnesium chloride hexahydrate is used as a molten salt medium. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing magnesium citrate and magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, adding the mixture into deionized water, and stirring to obtain a solution A; adding tabular corundum micro powder into the solution A, stirring and drying to obtain a mixture B; mixing magnesium chloride hexahydrate with the mixture B, and stirring to obtain a mixture C; carrying out compression molding on the mixture C, heating to 1000-1300 DEG C in a high-temperature tube furnace under the condition of a flowing protective atmosphere, carrying out heat preservation, and cooling along with the furnace; and crushing, washing with deionized water, washing with isopropanol, and drying to obtain the magnesium aluminate spinel-corundum powder based on low-temperature synthesis. The magnesium aluminate spinel and corundum powder based on low-temperature synthesis prepared by the invention is complete in coating structure, high in bonding strength, excellent in erosion resistance and high in purity.
本发明涉及一种基于低温合成的镁铝尖晶石@刚玉粉体及其制备方法。其技术方案是:以柠檬酸镁和七水合硫酸镁作镁源、板状刚玉微粉作氧化铝源、六水合氯化镁为熔盐介质。将柠檬酸镁和七水合硫酸镁混合后加入去离子水中,搅拌,得到溶液A;将板状刚玉微粉加入到溶液A中,搅拌,烘干,得到混合料B;将六水合氯化镁与混合料B混合,搅拌,得到混合料C。将混合料C压制成型,在高温管式炉内流动保护气氛条件下,升温至1000~1300℃,保温,随炉冷却;破碎,用去离子水洗涤,再用异丙醇洗涤,干燥,制得基于低温合成的镁铝尖晶石@刚玉粉体。本发明制备的基于低温合成的镁铝尖晶石@刚玉粉体包覆结构完整、结合强度高、抗侵蚀性能优异和纯度高。
