The invention relates to a preparation method of a ceramic-based phase change aggregate with a hollow structure, which comprises the following steps of: forming ceramic slurry with a certain thickness on the surface of a liquid organic material by using a gel forming technology, taking the liquid organic material as a core material, taking ceramic slurry as a wall material and using coaxial double needles; finally, the liquid organic material is subjected to high-temperature decomposition through drying, pre-sintering and roasting, and a hollow-structure ceramic matrix with a porous surface and high strength is formed; and then adsorbing the phase change material in vacuum to obtain the ceramic-based phase change aggregate with the hollow structure. The efficiency is higher, the hollow ceramic balls are more uniform, good in integrity, lower in cost and less in energy consumption, the structures of the hollow ceramic balls are adjustable and controllable, and the hollow ceramic balls can adsorb more phase-change materials, are millimeter-level materials and can be used as phase-change aggregates, so that the heat storage capacity of the phase-change aggregates is improved.
本发明为一种空心结构陶瓷基相变骨料的制备方法,利用凝胶成型技术,以液态有机材料作为芯材,以陶瓷浆料作为壁材,使用同轴双针头,在液态有机材料表面形成包裹具有一定厚度的陶瓷浆料,最后通过干燥、预烧结、焙烧使液态有机材料高温分解,形成具有表面多孔且具有较高强度的空心结构陶瓷基体;然后真空吸附相变材料,得到空心结构陶瓷基相变骨料。本发明效率更高、空心陶瓷球更加均匀,完整性好、成本更低、耗能更少,空心陶瓷球结构可调控,能够吸附更多的相变材料,为毫米级材料,能够作为相变骨料使用,提升相变骨料的蓄热能力。
