The invention discloses an auxiliary device for continuously lowering an inclined cast-in-place pile reinforcement cage and a lowering method. The auxiliary device comprises a movable carrier and a guide structure. The movable carrier is provided with a clamp and an angle adjusting assembly, and the angle adjusting assembly adjusts the inclination angle of the clamp on the vertical face. The guide structure comprises a clamping plate, a multi-stage telescopic guide rail unit and a power unit. The movable carrier is matched with a multi-stage telescopic sliding block, an arc-shaped sliding way matched with the inclined cast-in-place pile in length is rapidly constructed in the inclined cast-in-place pile, and the reinforcement cage is placed in the inclined cast-in-place pile through guiding of the arc-shaped sliding way; after operation below a reinforcement cage of the inclined cast-in-place pile is completed, the multi-stage telescopic guide rail unit is recycled through the power unit. The descending operation of the reinforcement cages of the multiple inclined cast-in-place piles is rapidly completed, the descending difficulty of the inclined cast-in-place reinforcement cages is reduced, and the descending efficiency of the reinforcement cages is improved; the inclined pile hole reinforcement cage can be rapidly and continuously lowered, the drilling stability during lowering is improved, and therefore the application range of the inclined cast-in-place pile is widened.
