The design method comprises the steps that firstly, primary design of a Larsen steel sheet pile cofferdam system and a cast-in-situ bored pile supporting system is completed; 2, a stress analysis three-dimensional model of the composite cofferdam system is established, specifically, the stress conditions of the Larsen steel sheet pile cofferdam system and the cast-in-situ bored pile supporting system are analyzed, so that a cofferdam stress analysis three-dimensional model and a supporting pile stress analysis three-dimensional model are correspondingly established; 3, analyzing deformation of the soil retaining support cast-in-situ bored pile: analyzing the deformation condition of the soil retaining support cast-in-situ bored pile based on the support pile stress analysis three-dimensional model, and determining whether overall stability checking calculation and structural checking calculation of a cast-in-situ bored pile support system need to be carried out or not; therefore, the interlocking steel pipe pile-cast-in-situ bored pile supporting composite cofferdam system meeting the requirements is obtained, and the construction safety is met.
