The invention belongs to the field of concrete structures, and particularly relates to a concrete column and steel beam mixed frame joint and concrete column integrated prefabrication method which comprises the following steps that joint steel parts of column total cross section partition plate joints are manufactured, and each joint steel part comprises an upper total cross section partition plate, a lower total cross section partition plate and an overhanging short beam; a steel pedestal is manufactured and arranged, and a joint steel part is lifted to be suspended on the ground and serves as a joint and concrete column bottom die; node sealing stirrups are obliquely inserted along gaps between adjacent webs of the node overhanging short beams, longitudinal bars penetrate through the node along receding holes of the upper total-section partition plate and the lower total-section partition plate, and a reinforcement cage is bound; side formworks and end face formworks are erected, one end of each longitudinal bar extends out of one end face formwork, and a grouting sleeve is arranged at the other end of each longitudinal bar and fixed to the other end face formwork; and finally, the joints and the concrete columns are horizontally poured at the same time to form an integrated prefabricated assembly. Integrated prefabrication of the horizontally-poured joint and the concrete column is achieved, the joint pouring quality is guaranteed, and the prefabrication efficiency is improved.
本发明属于混凝土结构领域,具体涉及一种混凝土柱钢梁混合框架的节点与混凝土柱一体化预制方法,包括如下步骤:制作柱全截面隔板节点的节点钢件,节点钢件包括上全截面隔板、下全截面隔板与外伸短梁;制作并设置钢台座,将节点钢件抬升至悬空于地面,同时作为节点与混凝土柱底模;沿节点外伸短梁相邻腹板间隙斜向插入节点封闭箍筋,将纵筋沿上全截面隔板、下全截面隔板的避让孔穿过节点,绑扎钢筋笼;搭设侧模和端面模板,使纵筋的一端伸出一个端面模板,在纵筋的另一端布置灌浆套筒并固定于另一端面模板;最后同时水平浇筑节点与混凝土柱形成一体化预制组件。本发明实现水平浇筑的节点与混凝土柱的一体化预制,保证节点浇筑质量,提高预制效率。
