The multiple conveying plates are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the conveying belt. A butt joint piece is arranged on the face, facing the fork wheels, of the conveying belt, the driving mechanism is in transmission connection with one fork wheel, a butt joint rod of the fork wheel abuts against the butt joint piece and exerts acting force on the conveying belt, and therefore the conveying belt drives the conveying plate to move, the conveying plate drives water in the conveying channel to flow, and water conveying is achieved; the conveying belt is connected to the center position of the conveying plate and can effectively drive the conveying plate to move; the device is high in overall structural strength, stable and reliable in operation and capable of effectively improving the conveying efficiency.
