The invention relates to the technical field of inland river water flow analysis, in particular to a water flow condition analysis method for a single-ship-lock channel in the ship lock water filling and draining operation process. The method comprises the following steps of: simulating and researching hydrodynamic numerical values of ship lock water filling and draining operation approach channels of upstream and downstream legs of a riding track hub, jointly applying one-dimensional, two-dimensional and three-dimensional mathematical models, and focusing on the influence of hydraulic fluctuation in the approach channels on water surface gradient and flow velocity distribution in the ship lock water filling and draining process under different water level combination conditions; a reasonable ship lock operation mode and engineering technical measures for optimizing water flow conditions are provided by combining a non-constant flow movement rule and a navigable water flow condition with a time-varying rule of the navigable water flow condition, and the water flow condition is ensured to meet shipping safety requirements.
