The invention discloses a bolt fastening device for an iron tower assembly. The bolt fastening device is provided with a first mechanical arm (1) and a second mechanical arm (2), a hydraulic clamp (3) is arranged at the tail end of the first mechanical arm (1); the hydraulic clamp (3) aligns the staggered bolt holes (8) in the to-be-fastened piece (11); and the second mechanical arm (2) is used for clamping the bolt (6) and perforating the bolt (6) in the bolt hole (8). The invention further discloses a deviation rectifying and perforating method of the fastening device. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the double mechanical arms are adopted to cooperatively complete work, the tasks of correcting and aligning bolt holes between two connecting pieces and inserting bolts through unmanned automatic equipment are effectively achieved, and the work efficiency of bolt fastening installation is greatly improved; the bolt installation work between two connecting pieces can be completed without manual work, and the realizability of the technology is improved.
