Functionalized hydroxyapatite nano ceramic as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to functionalized hydroxyapatite nano ceramic as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of biomedical engineering and material science. According to the preparation method, high-purity and high-porosity hydroxyapatite porous ceramic is adopted as a substrate material, firstly, the surface roughness of the hydroxyapatite porous ceramic is increased through pretreatment of a nitric acid solution, and an amorphous calcium phosphate layer is formed on the surface of the hydroxyapatite porous ceramic; then, a hydrothermal method is adopted for treatment, and therefore the functionalized hydroxyapatite nano ceramic with improved biological activity and bone regeneration promoting capacity is prepared. The biocompatibility and the chemical stability of the functionalized hydroxyapatite nano ceramic are remarkably improved, and the functionalized hydroxyapatite nano ceramic shows excellent biological activity. Therefore, the functionalized hydroxyapatite nano ceramic can be used as an ideal bone defect filling material, is widely applied to bone tissue engineering and bone defect repair projects, and provides assistance for the research and practice of promoting bone tissue regeneration and bone defect treatment.
