The embodiment of the invention relates to a manufacturing method of a steel pipe and steel shell combined cable bent tower section, which comprises the following steps of: partitioning the cable bent tower section into a plurality of steel pipe block bodies and a plurality of steel shell block bodies, manufacturing the steel pipe block bodies and the steel shell block bodies in a factory, and assembling positioning matching components onto the steel pipe block bodies; transporting the steel pipe block body and the steel shell block body to a construction site; the steel pipe block body is positioned and assembled on a foundation through the positioning supporting pedestal, and the steel pipe block body is connected with the positioning supporting pedestal through the positioning matching component; the multiple steel pipe block bodies are positioned and fixed through the positioning and connecting assemblies; the multiple steel pipe blocks are connected through the annular stiffening plates to form rigid fixation; and the multiple steel shell block bodies are installed in place. According to the embodiment, the upper connector and the lower connector of the whole steel pipe block can be accurately positioned, butt joint precision control over the steel pipe block is improved, and therefore the assembling precision of the whole cable bent tower section is ensured.
