The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, an outer side formwork is arranged on the soil facing side of a to-be-poured space of the underground diaphragm wall, an inner side formwork is arranged on the foundation pit side of the to-be-poured space of the underground diaphragm wall and connected with the to-be-poured space of the underground diaphragm wall through first split bolts, and an underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage is erected in the to-be-poured space of the underground diaphragm wall; s2, concrete is poured into the underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage to form an underground diaphragm wall; s3, after the underground diaphragm wall is formed, an inner side formwork is dismantled, a lining wall formwork is arranged at the position away from the inner side of the underground diaphragm wall by a certain distance, a lining wall reinforcement cage is erected in the to-be-poured space of the lining wall, second split bolts are connected to the inner side ends of the first split bolts, and the inner side ends of the second split bolts are connected with the lining wall reinforcement cage; the end, away from the first split bolt, of the second split bolt extends out of the lining wall formwork; and S4, concrete is poured into the lining wall reinforcement cage to form the lining wall. The construction process is optimized while the construction quality of the diaphragm wall is guaranteed, the operation time is shortened, and the work efficiency is improved.
