A construction method of an overweight PHC pipe pile core filling structure based on PSB is characterized by comprising the following steps that a, a core filling reinforcement cage of a PHC pipe pile (4) is manufactured, main reinforcements (1) of the reinforcement cage are PSB930-grade twisted steel for prestressed concrete, b, a circular thin supporting plate (7) with the thickness of 5 mm is manufactured, c, an outer side stirrup (3) is manufactured, d, an inner side stirrup (2) is manufactured, e, the core filling structure reinforcement cage is assembled, f, the core filling structure reinforcement cage is put into the pipe pile, and e, the core filling structure reinforcement cage is assembled. The elevation, the perpendicularity and the thickness of a protective layer are adjusted and checked and accepted; g, a pipe pile is poured with C80 high-grade concrete and cured. According to the construction method of the overweight PHC pipe pile core filling structure based on PSB, the bearing capacity and the pulling resistance of the pipe pile are remarkably improved through application of the prestressed twisted steel, the overall stability of the pipe pile is enhanced through combination of the reinforcement cage and the high-performance concrete, the operation process is simplified, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the construction difficulty is reduced, and the method is suitable for various complex geology and overweight load building foundation engineering.
