The pile shoe grouting sealing device is used for positioning and installing a jacket on a seabed and comprises a pile shoe body and a short pile arranged at the bottom end of the pile shoe body through a connecting assembly, a pile foundation is arranged on the inner side of the pile shoe body and the inner side of the short pile in a penetrating mode, the pile foundation is used for being inserted into the seabed, and the short pile is buried below the mud surface of the seabed in the vertical direction; a guide block and a mud scraper are arranged on the inner side of the pile shoe body, the guide block is located above the mud scraper, a sealing diaphragm is arranged at the bottom of the pile shoe body, and the pile foundation penetrates through the sealing diaphragm and then is connected with a seabed in an inserted mode. The guide block guides the pile foundation to drill down accurately, the mud scraper removes silt to protect the sealing performance, the sealing diaphragm is matched to prevent the silt from upwelling, the silt can be effectively prevented from entering the grouting space in the pile driving process, the short pile inserted below the seabed mud surface plays a role in blocking, and in conclusion, under the condition that an inflatable sealing ring is not used, the sealing effect is greatly improved. The device can ensure that the grouting material does not leak.
