The invention relates to a deformation recognition device for a three-dimensional laser scanner for a deep foundation pit. A total station is mounted on a first reference point; the first prism is mounted on the second reference point; the second prism is installed on the third reference point, and the fourth prism is installed on the fourth reference point. The lifting bracket is arranged in a foundation pit; the three-dimensional laser scanner body is installed on the lifting support, and the lifting driving mechanism drives the three-dimensional laser scanner body to ascend and descend in the height direction of a foundation pit. The second prism and the third prism are installed on the sides of the three-dimensional laser scanner body respectively, the three-dimensional laser scanner body, the second prism and the third prism are located on the same straight line, the lifting support moves up and down, and a base line is determined for the first prism on the second datum point through the total occupation instrument; and scanning the second prism and the third prism on the observation station through a total occupation instrument, determining the coordinates of the second prism and the third prism according to the coordinates of the first reference point and the three-dimensional laser, and finally determining the position coordinates of the three-dimensional laser scanning body.
