In the process of transporting the girders in a sliding mode, the latter girders are assembled at the same time, the two girders do not affect each other during construction, the construction efficiency is improved, the construction period is shortened, meanwhile, a sliding system is used, the safety coefficient is higher, and the sliding speed is higher.
本发明提供主桥钢混组合梁安装工艺,属于钢混组合梁安装技术领域,工艺如下,主梁桥面板叠合完成后,暂不浇筑桥面板湿接缝混凝土,开始主梁由拼装区向现浇养护区的滑移工作,使用滑移系统将主梁滑移至现浇养护区,再由滑移系统将主梁从现浇养护区滑移运送到设计初定位置,然后将滑移系统拆除,返回运送第二块主梁,往复循环运送,直至钢梁全部顶推完成。本发明在滑移运送主梁的过程中,后一节主梁同时拼装,两者施工互不影响,提高施工效率,缩短工期,同时使用滑移系统,安全系数更高,滑移速度更快。
