The seabed data center of the HDPE pipe gallery comprises a pipe gallery body and a supporting base, a plurality of data bins are evenly distributed on the two sides and the top face of the pipe gallery body, the data bins are connected with the pipe gallery body through flexible connectors, the bottoms of the data bins on the two sides of the pipe gallery body are fixed to the supporting base through brackets, and the other data bins are directly fixed to the top face of the pipe gallery body through brackets; the construction method comprises the steps that the HDPE pipe gallery unit bodies and the seabed data bins are installed in the land area, the foundation trenches and the positioning steel pipe piles are constructed, the HDPE pipe gallery unit bodies are transported on the land, transported on the sea, secondarily immersed, connected through flanges, and finally constructed through joints. By building the HDPE pipe gallery communicated with the land area, 24-hour uninterrupted maintenance of the data bin is achieved, and expansibility and flexibility are improved; and the sinking inclination angle theta and the sinking speed v of the pipe gallery are controlled through the most disadvantageous working condition of sinking of the HDPE pipe gallery, and it is ensured that the pipe gallery is stably and safely sunk to the set position.
