The invention provides a magnesium slag modified coal gangue-based composite filling material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing graded crushing and grinding on coal gangue to obtain coal gangue aggregate and coal gangue active powder; crushing and grinding the magnesium slag to obtain magnesium slag active powder; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing coal gangue aggregate, coal gangue active powder, water glass and water according to a formula ratio, and uniformly stirring to obtain a component A; mixing the magnesium slag active powder and the saturated carbonic acid solution according to the formula ratio to obtain mixed slurry, continuously introducing compressed carbon dioxide into the mixed slurry under a stirring condition, and uniformly stirring to obtain a component B; uniformly mixing the slurry of the component A and the slurry of the component B according to the mass ratio of 1: (0.5-1); the component A comprises the following raw material components: water glass, coal gangue aggregate, coal gangue active powder and water; the component B comprises magnesium slag active powder, a saturated carbonic acid solution and carbon dioxide. The stability of the cementing material is improved, a large amount of carbon dioxide gas can be absorbed, and a new means is provided for carbon emission reduction.
本发明提供一种镁渣改性煤矸石基复合充填材料、制备方法及应用,制备方法包括将煤矸石分级破碎粉磨得到煤矸石骨料和煤矸石活性粉体;将镁渣破碎粉磨得到镁渣活性粉体;将配方量的煤矸石骨料、煤矸石活性粉体、水玻璃和水混合,搅拌均匀后得到A组分;将配方量的镁渣活性粉体和饱和碳酸溶液混合得到混合料浆,在搅拌条件下,向混合料浆中不断通入压缩二氧化碳,搅拌均匀后得到B组分;将A组分与B组分浆液按1:(0.5~1)的质量比混合均匀;A组分包括以下原料组分:水玻璃、煤矸石骨料、煤矸石活性粉体和水;B组分包括镁渣活性粉体,饱和碳酸溶液,二氧化碳。本发明提高了胶凝材料安定性,能够大量吸收二氧化碳气体,为碳减排提供新手段。
