The distance is controlled by arranging the movable part which can be freely added, the movable part is an adapter column, the bearing bottom end and the fixed end are arranged on the two sides of the adapter column respectively, the connecting plates are fixedly connected to the side faces, close to each other, of the adapter column, the bearing bottom end and the fixed end, and the connecting holes are formed in the connecting plates. The screws penetrate through the connecting holes and are in threaded connection with the nuts, so that mutual fixing is achieved, in the using process, the number of the switching columns is increased only according to the specific using length, and therefore the distance control range is maximized.
