The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic preparation, in particular to a ceramic matrix and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention provides a preparation method of a ceramic substrate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) laminating an ablatable organic material silk screen to form a three-dimensional organic template; and 2) filling a three-dimensional organic template with the ceramic slurry, and carrying out drying, degreasing and sintering molding to obtain the ceramic matrix. The ceramic matrix formed by the preparation method is provided with the longitudinal through holes and the transverse bent through holes which are connected, local dry burning can be effectively avoided, the service life of a heating film is prolonged, and the taste is improved.
本发明涉及陶瓷制备技术领域,具体涉及一种陶瓷基体及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的陶瓷基体制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将可烧蚀的有机材质丝网进行层叠形成三维有机模板;2)将陶瓷浆料填充入三维有机模板内,经干燥,脱脂,烧结成型,得到所述陶瓷基体。该制备方法形成的陶瓷基体有相连的纵向通孔和横向弯曲通孔,可有效避免局部干烧,增加发热膜寿命,提升口感。
