The invention discloses a retaining wall hole-forming construction method for a drilled pile to penetrate through an underground cavity, which comprises the following steps of: a) after a first drilled hole which is vertically drilled penetrates through the top wall of the underground cavity, adding earthwork into the first drilled hole and compacting to form an earthwork pile; b) drilling a second drill hole in the earthwork pile; c) pouring concrete into the second drill hole, and drilling a third drill hole in the concrete after the concrete reaches preset strength, so that the concrete between the hole wall of the third drill hole and the hole wall of the second drill hole forms a retaining wall; d, the third drill hole penetrates through the earthwork pile and then extends downwards to a bearing stratum in bed rock below the underground cavity, and e, a pile foundation is arranged in a hole formed by the third drill hole and the first drill hole. The construction method is high in construction efficiency and safety and low in construction cost.
