The invention provides an underground pipe gallery adjusting device and a control method thereof. The device comprises a plurality of pipe galleries which are communicated in sequence; the monitoring assembly is used for monitoring the inclination degree and the floating degree of the pipe gallery; the adjusting assembly comprises a first conveying part, a transferring part and a second conveying part, the first conveying part is used for conveying the balancing weights into the pipe galleries and conveying the balancing weights among the multiple pipe galleries, and the transferring part is used for transferring the balancing weights from the first conveying part to the second conveying part; and the second conveying piece is used for conveying the balancing weight to a designated position of the pipe gallery.
