The invention discloses a rapid construction method for an open-cut variable-cross-section small-clear-distance tunnel group. Comprising the steps of assembling a small-section curve box culvert structure trolley, a detachable tower crane group, a steel formwork lining trolley matched with a full framing, macromolecule composite self-adhesion waterproof coiled materials and rapid backfill construction of a small-clear-distance tunnel group, wherein a driving channel is arranged below the steel formwork lining trolley, and the macromolecule composite self-adhesion waterproof coiled materials are vertically laid in the tunnel route direction and cover the surfaces of a plurality of tunnels. Assembly line work is formed by reasonably organizing connection of all working procedures, material hoisting and transporting, and therefore the purpose of rapidly propelling construction is achieved. The box culvert curve section adopts an assembled trolley with a small-section curve box culvert structure, and the trolley can be used in the whole section or separately and independently used, so that rapid construction of the small-curve box culvert is realized; in tunnel lining construction, the steel formwork lining trolley is matched with the full framing, so that construction channels can be increased, cross interference caused by simultaneous construction of working faces of a tunnel group is reduced, the construction working faces are increased, and the effect of rapid construction is achieved.
