Variable cross-section pipe joint immersion positioning system and method
The invention discloses a variable cross-section pipe joint sinking positioning system and method. The system comprises a main transmission wheel, an intelligent gyroscope, a driving wheel installed on a variable cross-section sinking pipe joint, an underwater driven wheel installed on an underwater foundation trench and a mooring line transmission device between the driven wheel and the underwater driven wheel. The main transmission wheel is arranged on an adjacent shore or a ship; the intelligent gyroscope is arranged at the upper part of the variable cross-section immersed tube joint and monitors the floating state of the variable cross-section immersed tube joint in real time; meanwhile, water is injected into a ballast water tank in the variable-cross-section immersed tube joint for sinking, the inclination posture of the variable-cross-section immersed tube joint is measured through an intelligent gyroscope in the sinking process, stress on each mooring line is measured, mooring line force for adjusting the inclination posture to be balanced is obtained through a calculation terminal, and a main transmission wheel is driven to rotate; therefore, the vertical displacement of each position of the variable cross-section immersed tube joint is consistent, and the sinking balance of the variable cross-section immersed tube joint is realized. According to the invention, the inclination of the pipe joint is intelligently adjusted.
本发明公开了一种变截面管节沉放定位系统及方法,包括总传动轮、智能陀螺仪以及安装于变截面沉管管节上的动轮、安装于水下基槽上的水底从动轮及从动轮与水底从动轮之间的系缆传动装置;总传动轮布置于相邻岸边或船上;智能陀螺仪设置于变截面沉管管节上部,实时监测变截面管节浮态;同时向变截面沉管管节内部压载水箱注水进行下沉,下沉过程中通过智能陀螺仪测定变截面沉管管节倾斜姿态,并测定各系缆上应力,通过计算终端得出调节倾斜姿态平衡的各系缆力,并且带动总传动轮转动,使得变截面沉管管节每个位置处的竖向位移一致,实现变截面沉管管节的沉放平衡。本发明对管节的倾斜进行智能化调整。
