The armrest movement structure comprises a fixed shaft, a movable shaft and an armrest, and a hinge structure; the hinge structure comprises a shell, a fluted disc, a guide ring, a pawl, a fixing ring and an elastic piece, the pawl is provided with a first tooth part on one side of the shaft, and a spring applies force to the pawl on the other side of the shaft, so that the pawl keeps the trend that the first tooth part approaches the fluted disc when no external force exists; a second tooth part matched with the first tooth part is arranged on the fluted disc; the guide ring is provided with a guide groove, the guide groove has a first position, a second position and a third position, the pawl is provided with a positioning column, when the positioning column is located at the first position of the guide groove, the first tooth part is separated from the second tooth part, and when the positioning column is located at the second position of the guide groove, the second tooth part is separated from the third tooth part. When the positioning column is located at the first position of the guide groove, the first tooth part is lifted relative to the second tooth part, and when the positioning column is located at the third position of the guide groove, the first tooth part is located at the hidden position.
