Aiming at the problems that in the prior art, the utilization rate of aged asphalt in RAP fine aggregate is not high, and a recycled asphalt mixture matched with a structural layer cannot be provided, the aged asphalt in the RAP fine aggregate is fully utilized, and the high-modulus recycled asphalt mixture has the characteristics of high dynamic modulus, strong adhesion performance, fatigue resistance and the like; the high-value utilization of the RAP fine aggregate is realized, and the durability of the high-modulus recycled asphalt mixture is improved.
