High-mixing-amount high-modulus recycled asphalt mixture as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of recycling of pavement materials, and particularly discloses a high-mixing-amount high-modulus recycled asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof, and the high-mixing-amount high-modulus recycled asphalt mixture comprises composite asphalt, mineral aggregate, mineral powder and asphalt pavement milling old materials containing milling old petroleum asphalt and milling old mineral aggregate which are subjected to thermal regeneration mixing. According to the recycled asphalt mixture, the characteristic of low grade of aged asphalt is fully utilized, and through addition of hard asphalt and redesign of gradation, on one hand, the low-grade hard asphalt is adopted as a cementing material and is combined with milling old petroleum asphalt in an asphalt pavement milling old material to jointly serve as the cementing material; the performance recovery of the asphalt can be realized without adopting a regenerant; on the other hand, brand new design of grading is adopted; and the mineral powder is fully utilized to increase the viscosity, so that the recycled asphalt mixture meets the large mixing amount of 50-55%, is high in recycling rate and has the characteristic of high modulus, and the recycled asphalt mixture can be well applied to heavy-load expressways and can be used as an asphalt mixture for middle and lower surface layers.
本发明属于路面材料的回收再利用技术领域,尤其公开了一种大掺量高模量再生沥青混合料及其制备方法,其包括经热再生混合的复合沥青、矿料、矿粉、以及含铣刨旧石油沥青和铣刨旧矿料的沥青路面铣刨旧料。该再生沥青混合料充分利用老化沥青的低标号特点,通过添加硬质沥青和级配的重新设计,一方面采用低标号的硬质沥青作为胶结料,结合沥青路面铣刨旧料中的铣刨旧石油沥青,共同作为胶结料,无需采用再生剂即可实现沥青性能的恢复;另一方面通过对级配的全新设计;且充分利用矿粉增加黏性,使得该再生沥青混合料满足了50%~55%的大掺量,回收利用率高,且具备了高模量的特性,保证了其能够良好应用于重载高速公路中,作为一种中下面层沥青混合料使用。
