Flexible fiber reinforced unidirectional high thermal conductivity carbon/carbon composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a flexible fiber reinforced one-way high-thermal-conductivity carbon/carbon composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing non-woven cloth from expanded mesophase pitch-based fiber bundles; the flexible fiber bundles are woven in the weft direction of the non-woven cloth, and fiber cloth is obtained; pre-depositing pyrolytic carbon on the fiber cloth to obtain pretreated fiber cloth; the pretreated fiber cloth is laid and pressed in the thickness direction, and a prefabricated body is obtained; and densifying the preform by using a chemical vapor infiltration process, and then carrying out graphitization heat treatment. According to the method, a small number of fiber bundles with flexible structural characteristics are woven in the radial direction of the fiber to optimize the structure of the one-way prefabricated body, so that the bonding strength between the fiber bundles and the flatness of the fiber cloth are enhanced, the cracking phenomenon between the fiber bundles and between the fiber cloth layers is avoided, and finally preparation of the large-size one-way carbon/carbon composite material component is achieved.
本发明公开了一种柔性纤维增强的单向高导热碳/碳复合材料及其制备方法,通过展丝后的中间相沥青基纤维束制备无纬布;沿着无纬布的纬向编织柔性纤维束,得到纤维布;对所述纤维布预沉积热解碳,得到预处理后的纤维布;将所述预处理后的纤维布进行铺层并沿厚度方向压紧,得到预制体;将所述预制体利用化学气相渗透工艺进行致密化,之后再进行石墨化热处理。本发明旨在通过沿纤维径向编织少量具有柔性结构特征的纤维束对单向预制体进行结构优化,以增强纤维束间结合强度和纤维布的平整度,避免纤维束束间和纤维布层间的开裂现象,最终实现大尺寸单向碳/碳复合材料构件的制备。
