The method comprises the steps that S1, a bridge is lifted to the position above a pier through an external lifting device to be attached to a hydraulic pushing mechanism, the bridge is jacked upwards through the hydraulic pushing mechanism to be attached to the surface of the pier, and a row of conical rods can make contact with the surface of the bridge to be slightly inserted; after a set of pushing processes of the hydraulic pushing mechanism is completed, the hydraulic pushing mechanism moves downwards, a fourth hydraulic rod can push a supporting seat upwards, a first steel supporting plate and a second steel supporting plate are pulled to be perpendicular, a second rack can be embedded into a first rack to support the supporting seat, and when the second steel supporting plate moves, the supporting seat can be supported by the second rack; when the bridge is pushed, the supporting column and the second steel supporting plate can be dragged to move together, the metal sliding block can move to the surface of the magnet to be attracted to be fixed, the hydraulic pushing mechanism can be directly attached to the bridge for pushing, the bridge does not need to be jacked up, and therefore the pushing efficiency of the bridge is improved.
