The invention relates to a six-point truss type sand suction lifting device of a geotextile laying ship. The six-point truss type sand suction lifting device comprises a support assembly and six working assemblies. The six working assemblies are all connected to the support assembly in a sliding mode. The working assembly comprises a moving assembly, a sand suction assembly and a hoisting assembly; the sand suction assembly and the hoisting assembly are both connected to the moving assembly and move to work through the moving assembly. The support assembly comprises two main beams, the two ends of each main beam are each connected with a main frame supporting leg, and two auxiliary beams are connected between the left main frame supporting leg and the right main frame supporting leg. The moving assembly is connected to the two main beams in a sliding mode. And the auxiliary beam is connected with a hydraulic pump station, a frequency conversion cabinet and a cab. The labor intensity and the labor cost of operators are reduced to the maximum extent, and the precision control, the safety performance and the construction efficiency in the construction process can be effectively improved.
