Deep foundation pit supporting structure
The invention belongs to the technical field of deep pit supporting, and particularly relates to a deep foundation pit supporting structure which comprises a moving trolley, a C-shaped soft plate and a sliding arm which are arranged on the outer side surface of the top of the moving trolley, a reinforcement cage movably connected to the inner side wall face of the output end of the sliding arm in a sleeving mode, and a protective cylinder movably connected to the inner side wall face of the C-shaped soft plate in a sleeving mode. Motor rotating shafts are symmetrically and fixedly installed on the outer side surface of the top of the moving trolley and located on the edges of the two sides, and two sets of lifters are fixedly installed at the output ends of the motor rotating shafts. The movable trolley is moved to the position where piling is needed, a pile casing is fixed through a C-shaped soft plate at the output end of a first elevator, one end of the pile casing penetrates through a limiting groove hole to be in lap joint with the ground, the inner side wall face of the limiting groove hole is attached to the surface of the pile casing, and therefore the pile casing is inserted into the soil ground at a vertical angle in a penetrating mode; and the motor is descended in cooperation with a second elevator, so that the drill rod head at the output end of the motor is inserted into the pile casing in a penetrating mode.
本发明属于深坑支护技术领域,具体的说是一种深基坑支护结构,包括移动车及分别设置在移动车顶部外侧表面上的C形软板和滑臂,活动套接在滑臂输出端内侧壁面上的钢筋笼,活动套接在C形软板内侧壁面上的护筒,所述移动车的顶部外侧表面且位于两侧边缘位置上对称固定安装有电机转轴,所述电机转轴的输出端上固定安装有两组升降机。本发明将移动车移动到需要打桩的位置处,利用一号升降机输出端上的C形软板固定住护筒,将护筒的一端穿过限位槽孔搭接在地面上,利用限位槽孔内侧壁面贴合在护筒的表面上,使得护筒以垂直角度穿插在泥土地面上,再配合二号升降机对电机进行下降,使得电机输出端上的钻杆头穿插进护筒的内部。
