A connecting structure of a prefabricated beam and a prefabricated variable-rigidity floor slab comprises the variable-rigidity prefabricated floor slab, the prefabricated beam, a beam connecting piece, an additional steel bar and a post-pouring material. The variable-rigidity prefabricated floor slab comprises a prefabricated floor slab body and a wing plate. The prefabricated floor slab comprises prefabricated floor slab concrete and prefabricated floor slab steel bars; the wing plate comprises wing plate reinforcing steel bars and wing plate concrete; the prefabricated floor slab reinforcing steel bars comprise transverse reinforcing steel bars and longitudinal reinforcing steel bars; the wing plates are located on the side faces of the prefabricated floor slabs. The wing plates and the prefabricated floor slabs are jointly poured into a whole. The wing plate reinforcing steel bars are provided with reinforcing meshes and comprise wing plate transverse reinforcing steel bars and wing plate longitudinal reinforcing steel bars; the additional steel bars comprise transverse additional steel bars and longitudinal additional steel bars; the transverse additional steel bars are connected with transverse steel bars at the upper part of the prefabricated floor slab; one end of the beam connecting piece is fixedly connected with the precast beam; the post-pouring material wraps the additional steel bars, the transverse steel bars of the prefabricated floor slab and the beam connecting piece to form a post-pouring block, and the post-pouring block is connected with the prefabricated beam and the prefabricated variable-rigidity floor slab.
