The invention discloses a modular hoisting method for a closed sound barrier of an operation line, and the method comprises the steps: building a three-dimensional model of the closed sound barrier, and carrying out factory processing; the upper system of the closed sound barrier is divided into a plurality of integral hoisting unit modules according to the installation technological process; carrying out ground splicing on each integral hoisting unit module; all the assembled integral hoisting unit modules are hoisted to the top mounting parts of the corresponding sound barrier steel stand columns to be fixed, and a vacancy filling unit is formed between every two adjacent integral hoisting unit modules; and the longitudinal supporting purlines and the sound barrier plates are installed to the air filling units at the air filling units through a high-altitude in-situ installation method. The operation time in a subway operation line rail running area is shortened, the operation line construction operation risk is reduced, the assembly work of the overall hoisting unit modules is completed on the ground, the assembly quality is greatly improved, meanwhile, the installation difficulty is greatly reduced, the number of required skylight operation points of subway operation line construction is reduced, the skylight point empty period is fully utilized, and the construction efficiency is improved.
