A special T-shaped structure is formed, the sound barrier unit plates are installed inwards on the outer side of a line, the method that a traditional insertion plate type sound barrier is installed on the inner side of the structure is overturned, cross operation construction in the line is avoided, and the construction safety is remarkably improved.
