The invention relates to an adjustable ballastless track based on air bag limiting and a construction method and an adjusting method of the adjustable ballastless track. An existing rail height adjusting method has the problems that steps are complex, efficiency is low, and original components are prone to being damaged. The device comprises a base and a track plate from bottom to top, wherein a vertically through grouting hole is formed in the track plate; a limiting groove and a limiting boss which correspond to each other are arranged on the top face of the base and the bottom face of the track plate respectively, and the limiting boss is embedded into the limiting groove. An air bag is arranged between the outer wall of the limiting boss and the inner wall of the limiting groove and connected into an external air source through an air pipe. The air bag is used for deflating to relieve the limiting effect on the track plate when the position of the track plate is adjusted. The limiting boss and the limiting groove which correspond to each other are arranged on the track plate and the base, and the air bag is arranged between the limiting boss and the limiting groove, so that the track plate can be quickly adjusted and fixed by inflating or deflating the air bag during limiting, and the maintenance efficiency and convenience of the track are greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种基于气囊限位的可调整无砟轨道及其施工方法与调整方法。现有轨道高度调整方法存在步骤复杂、效率低下、容易损坏原有构件等问题。本发明自下而上包括底座和轨道板,轨道板上设置有竖向贯通的注浆孔;底座的顶面和轨道板的底面分别设置有互相对应的限位凹槽和限位凸台,限位凸台嵌入限位凹槽;限位凸台的外壁与限位凹槽的内壁之间设置有气囊,气囊通过气管接入外部气源;气囊用于在调整轨道板位置时,放气解除对轨道板的限位作用。本发明在轨道板和底座上设置互相对应的限位凸台和限位凹槽,并在二者之间设置气囊,限位的同时,通过对气囊进行充气或放气操作即可实现对轨道板的快速调整和固定,大大提高了轨道维护的效率和便捷性。
