The invention relates to road equipment, and discloses a traffic anti-collision guardrail which comprises a plurality of first anti-collision assemblies and movable grooves with the same number as the first anti-collision assemblies, each first anti-collision assembly comprises a first supporting column, a baffle structure, a first connecting piece and a buffering structure, and the bottom of each first supporting column is slidably connected to the corresponding movable groove; the first connecting piece is movably connected to the first connecting groove, the two ends of the first connecting piece are connected with the baffle structure and the buffering structure correspondingly, and when a vehicle collides with the traffic anti-collision guardrail, the collided first supporting column moves in the extending direction of the movable groove to remove impact force, and the baffle structure is collided to the first supporting column and is connected with the baffle structure through the first connecting piece connected with the baffle structure. Impact force is absorbed by the buffer structure, so that the anti-collision performance of the traffic anti-collision guardrail is enhanced, and damage is avoided; the invention further discloses a traffic anti-collision facility, each second anti-collision assembly is arranged above the first anti-collision assembly corresponding to the second anti-collision assembly, and a vehicle is prevented from upturning and rushing to an opposite lane after collision.
