The invention provides a cantilever scaffold lifting ring unloading construction method which comprises the following steps: manufacturing an unloading lifting ring by welding a steel plate with a preset thickness; the aluminum alloy formworks are installed, specifically, the aluminum alloy formworks are installed at the floor positions where the loading and unloading lifting rings are installed, opposite-pull screw holes are formed, and opposite-pull screws are used for fixing; concrete pouring is conducted, specifically, the cantilever scaffold is unloaded and fixed to the floor for concrete pouring; the formwork is removed, and when the strength of the wall meets the design requirement, the aluminum alloy formwork is removed; an unloading lifting ring is installed, specifically, the unloading lifting ring is installed at the position of an original opposite-pull screw hole in the wall; the unloading steel wire rope is connected with the cantilever main beam in a pulling mode, and the steel wire rope is connected with the cantilever main beam in a pulling mode through the unloading hanging ring. According to the construction method, the defect that an aluminum alloy formwork is damaged and cannot be continuously used due to the fact that an embedded part needs to be arranged when an unloading steel wire rope is arranged on the cantilever scaffold is effectively overcome, and the engineering cost is saved; and meanwhile, the unloading lifting ring can be recycled, the utilization rate is high, and the cost is saved.
