The invention discloses a multi-dimensional multi-curve thin-wall cavity slope bare concrete construction method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, concrete pouring is conducted on a modeling arch; s2, mounting a breast board template; and S3, step breast boards and upper turnup breast boards of the modeling arches are installed and poured, steel molds are installed at the turning corners of the modeling arches and the steps firstly, then pouring is conducted on the turning corners, and the problems can be avoided through the stability performance of the steel molds; and meanwhile, handrails on the two sides of the step and the turnup breast boards are poured by taking the position as a base point, so that a concrete member subjected to overall construction and pouring forming is higher in efficiency and better in quality.
本发明公开了多维多曲薄壁空腔斜面清水混凝土施工方法,包括如下步骤:S1、造型拱券混凝土浇筑;S2、栏板模板的安装;S3、台阶栏板和造型拱券上部翻边栏板安装和浇筑,本发明通过在造型拱券和台阶的转折角处先进行钢模安装后先对该位置处进行浇筑,通过钢模的稳定性能,可避免上述问题出现,同时以该位置为基点在进行台阶两侧扶手以及翻边栏板浇筑,这样整体施工的浇筑成型后的混凝土构件效率更高,且质量更好。
