The invention provides a latch device capable of reducing the number of components, manufacturing workload and cost, a vehicle seat and a vehicle. The latch device (L) is provided with: a latch (40) which can be switched between a locked state in which the latch (40) is engaged with the lock catch (St) and an unlocked state in which the latch (40) is disengaged from the lock catch (St); a lock release operation knob (20) for changing the latch (40) from a locked state to an unlocked state; an indicator (22) which is provided on the lock release operation knob (20) and displays each of a locked state and an unlocked state of the latch (40); a link (30) that transmits each state of the latch (40) to the indicator (22); and a pin (23) that engages with the link (30) and transmits each state of the latch (40) transmitted from the link (30) to the indicator (22). A pin (23) is provided to the lock release operation knob (20).

本发明提供一种能够减少组件件数、制造工作量及成本的闩锁装置、车辆用座椅、及车辆。闩锁装置(L)包括：闩锁(40)，能够转变为与锁扣(St)扣合的锁定状态、及与锁扣(St)脱离扣合的解锁状态；锁定解除操作旋钮(20)，用来使闩锁(40)从锁定状态成为解锁状态；指示器(22)，设置于锁定解除操作旋钮(20)，显示闩锁(40)的锁定状态与解锁状态的各状态；链节(30)，将闩锁(40)的各状态传导至指示器(22)；及销(23)，与链节(30)扣合，将从链节(30)传导的闩锁(40)的各状态传导至指示器(22)。销(23)设置于锁定解除操作旋钮(20)。
