There are provided a latch device, a vehicle seat, and a vehicle capable of reducing the number of components, manufacturing man-hours, and costs. A latch device (L) includes a latch (40) that can transition between a locked state where the latch (40) is engaged with a striker (St) and an unlocked state where the latch (40) is disengaged from the striker (St); an unlocking operation knob (20) for switching the latch (40) from the locked state to the unlocked state; an indicator (22) provided on the unlocking operation knob (20), and showing each state of the locked state and the unlocked state of the latch (40); a link (30) that transmits each state of the latch to the indicator (22); and a pin (23) that engages with the link (30), and that transmits each state of the latch (40) to the indicator (22), each state being transmitted from the link (30). The pin (23) is provided on the unlocking operation knob (20).
