The invention relates to the technical field of flue gas desulfurization gypsum upgrading, in particular to a green dechlorination and upgrading system for flue gas desulfurization gypsum based on a subcritical hydrothermal method. The system comprises an air preheating device I, a flue gas desulfurization device, a solid-liquid separation device I, a slurry preheating device and a heat treatment device which are connected in sequence, inlet bypass flue gas of the air preheating device I is connected with the slurry preheating device through a bypass flue gas pipeline I; a slurry outlet of the slurry preheating device is connected with the reaction device; inlet bypass flue gas of the air preheating device I is connected with the reaction device through a bypass flue gas pipeline II, so that the desulfurized gypsum slurry is converted into high-value alpha-type calcium sulfate hemihydrate, and chloride ions are dissolved in reaction liquid. The method provided by the invention can realize on-site high-value conversion and efficient dechlorination of the desulfurized gypsum to the alpha-type calcium sulfate hemihydrate, synchronously and deeply utilizes flue gas waste heat, and solves the problems that the existing desulfurized gypsum resource utilization approach is low in value and the high-chlorine desulfurized gypsum cannot be utilized.
本发明涉及脱硫石膏提质技术领域,具体涉及一种基于亚临界水热法脱硫石膏绿色除氯提质系统。该系统包括依次连接的空气预热装置一、烟气脱硫装置、固液分离装置一、浆料预热装置和热处理装置;空气预热装置一的入口旁路烟气经旁路烟气管道一与浆料预热装置连接;浆料预热装置的浆料出口与反应装置连接;空气预热装置一的入口旁路烟气经旁路烟气管道二与反应装置连接,以使脱硫石膏浆料转化为高价值的α型半水硫酸钙,同时氯离子溶解在反应液中。本发明能够实现脱硫石膏向α型半水硫酸钙的现场高值转化与高效脱氯,同步深度利用烟气余热,解决了现有脱硫石膏资源化利用途径价值低、高氯脱硫石膏无法利用的问题。
