The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a preparation method of a gypsum-based self-leveling material using carbonized steel slag powder, which comprises the following steps: uniformly spraying water on the surface of steel slag micro-powder to obtain wet steel slag micro-powder, and carbonizing to obtain the carbonized steel slag powder; mixing the gypsum, the aggregate, the carbonized steel slag powder, the cement, the functional additive and the water to obtain the gypsum-based self-leveling material. The carbonized steel slag powder is applied to gypsum self-leveling, resource utilization of the steel slag solid waste is effectively achieved, the concept of green, low carbon and circular economy is met, dependence on natural resources is reduced, and the environmental burden is reduced. The carbonized steel slag powder used in the invention absorbs carbon dioxide in the preparation process, and plays a role in carbon sequestration. When the material is applied to gypsum self-leveling, not only is the use amount of traditional cement or stone powder reduced, but also carbon emission is indirectly reduced.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其是一种利用碳化钢渣粉的石膏基自流平材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:在钢渣微粉表面均匀喷洒水得到的潮湿的钢渣微粉进行碳化得到碳化钢渣粉;将石膏、骨料、碳化钢渣粉、水泥、功能助剂和水混合得到石膏基自流平材料。本发明通过将碳化钢渣粉应用于石膏自流平中,有效地实现了钢渣固废的资源化利用,符合绿色低碳、循环经济的理念,减少对自然资源的依赖,降低环境负担。本发明所用碳化钢渣粉在制备过程中吸收了二氧化碳,起到了碳封存的作用。在石膏自流平中应用这类材料,不仅减少了传统水泥或石粉的使用量,同时也间接减少了碳排放。
