The invention provides an integral offshore photovoltaic supporting platform structure system which comprises a base structure and an upper structure arranged on the base structure and connected with a photovoltaic module. The foundation structure comprises a plurality of pile foundations and a guide pipe frame arranged between the pile foundations in a connected mode. The upper structure comprises a supporting platform and a stand column connected to the bottom of the supporting platform, and an upper connecting structure is arranged at the bottom of the stand column. A foundation connecting structure is arranged on the pile top of the pile foundation, and a guide pressure-bearing component capable of being connected and matched with the upper connecting structure is arranged in the foundation connecting structure. The whole supporting platform structure system is divided into the upper structure and the foundation structure which are independent and integrated, the upper structure and the foundation structure are processed and assembled in a factory on land and then transported to the sea for installation, and therefore the whole supporting platform structure system only needs to be installed twice on site, the work amount can be saved, construction can be facilitated, and the construction efficiency is improved. The construction progress is accelerated.
