The invention relates to a single-pile type offshore photovoltaic supporting structure and an installation method. The single-pile type offshore photovoltaic supporting structure is composed of an upper support structure, support piles, insertion type hoop connecting structures and prefabricated concrete rings. According to the invention, a traditional photovoltaic support installation method is changed, and an integral structure and an integral installation method technology are adopted; a traditional multi-pile support structure is changed, a single-pile type structure technology is adopted, a precast concrete ring reinforcing technology is adopted at the mud surface of a pile body, a constraint key technology which only has horizontal constraint and does not have rotation constraint is adopted between a precast concrete ring and a support pile body, and an insertion type hoop connecting structure technology is adopted for connection of an upper support and a support pile. The problems that the offshore photovoltaic support is rapidly constructed, the pile foundation construction precision is difficult to guarantee, and the ocean surface layer foundation soil bearing capacity is poor are well solved, the connecting structure is simple, construction is convenient and fast, and errors during module hoisting can be adapted.
本发明涉及一种单桩式海上光伏支承结构及安装方法,该结构由上部支架结构、支架桩、插入式抱箍连接结构和预制混凝土环组成。本发明改变传统光伏支架的安装方法,采用整体式结构和整体安装方法技术;本发明还改变了传统多桩支架结构,采用了单桩式结构技术,桩身泥面处采用预制混凝土环加强技术,预制混凝土环与支架桩身之间采用只有水平约束、没有转动约束的约束键技术,上部支架与支架桩的连接采用插入式抱箍连接结构技术,很好的解决了海上光伏支架的快速施工,桩基施工精度难以保证、海洋表层地基土承载能力差的问题,且连接结构简单,施工便捷,能够适应模块吊装时的误差。
